Antonella Barba
The artist was born on 26 November 1986 at Santa Monica California in the United States of America. Her father Vincenzo Barba is her mother Valerie Barba. At the age of six, her family relocated into Point Pleasant New Jersey. Red Bank Catholic High School was where she got the formal education she needed within New Jersey. Following her graduation from Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Architecture She continued to pursue her studies at the school. Her first violin lessons began at the age four, and became known by the name Violin Girl. Due to her talents that she was referred to with the title of Violin Girl. Her neighborhood kids were also taught violin playing by her. As she was turning 19 she sang Free 1976 on American Idol in the 6th season. She was subsequently eliminated reaching 16th position on the show. She performed a number of songs like 'The Christmas Song in 2009' and "Out for Blood" in 2010, to name a few. She has also appeared on the shows of Jimmy Kimmel Live! Antonella Barba rose to stardom as a singer in America in the sixth season of American Idol. Also, she began acting on television after being eliminated from the show after she was ranked in the top 16. This is why she has played small parts in film and participated in Fear Factor's season in 2012. Daily Mail report that according to news reports of November 21st in 2019, she was sentenced to four years imprisonment in connection with a conspiracy to distribute fentanyl. In July of 2018 she pleaded guilty to being in possession of the equivalent of 400 grams or more fentanyl and intending to sell it. She was however arrested in Virginia, in October 2018, after she attempted to transport two pounds of fentanyl to an underground storage facility.
